Overview

AptBridge automates the transfer of information between your e-commerce accounting systems.  Orders placed through your online sales channel are retrieved and transferred to your accounting system automatically, in real time.

Our AptBridge™ interface engine makes integration easy, by automating the transfer of data between your Nexternal store and QuickBooks accounting system.  Orders placed through your online sales channel are retrieved and transferred to QuickBooks automatically, in real time. AptBridge™ synchronizes inventory, sales, customer and billing information. By providing an easy way to specify your order download criteria, map sales document types by order/billing status, and determine how ordered items are matched, AptBridge™ gives you complete control over the information flow. In addition to automated data transfer, AptBridge gives you the ability to download orders on-demand by date or order range, and re-create sales documents as required.

Customer information capture and translation 

AptBridge automates customer database import from your accounting system, and customer capture from your e-commerce system.  Customer information is matched between systems by applying intelligent matching techniques -- meaning that accounting system sales documents are applied to existing customers if applicable, and new customer records are created in your accounting system only when necessary.

Your customer information is an important resource, and AptBridge helps you manage it more effectively by keeping your customer demographic data automatically up to date.  Use your customer order information to create marketing campaigns that raise the frequency of repeat purchases and increase your sales.

Inventory information capture and translation

AptBridge automates inventory item import from your accounting system, and order item capture from your e-commerce system.  By reliably matching inventory between online channel and your in-house financial system, your sales information and quantity-on-hand data is always accurately reflected online.  AptBridge can even send QOH data from your accounting system back to your e-commerce system so the two systems are always in sync.
