AptBridge™ synchronizes inventory, sales, customer and billing information. By providing an easy way to specify your order download criteria, map sales document types by order/billing status, and determine how ordered items are matched, AptBridge™ gives you complete control over the information flow. In addition to automated data transfer, AptBridge gives you the ability to download orders on-demand by date or order range, and re-create sales documents as required.

Customer information capture and translation 

AptBridge automates customer database import from your accounting system, and customer capture from your e-commerce system.  Customer information is matched between systems by applying intelligent matching techniques -- meaning that accounting system sales documents are applied to existing customers if applicable, and new customer records are created in your accounting system only when necessary.
