Filtering is used to define which order and billing status set combinations are valid for order record download.  Filtering is set in the Tools | Options page on the Filtering/Mapping tab.  Valid filter types include BILLING_STATUS and ORDER_STATUS.  Valid filter values include "Billed", "Paid", "Shipped" and "Paid-Partial".

To download all orders with a billing status of "Billed" or "Paid" two order filtering entries would be required with a filter type of "BILLING_STATUS".
