AptBridge matches order and QuickBooks customer information based on a multiple-part decision process that starts with previously identified e-commerce customer records, and proceeds through attempted matches by last/first and email address, then by last/first and billing address.  If all match attempts fail, AptBridge creates a new customer record in QuickBooks and associates the new customer and sales document.

Standard customer name (QB "FullName" field) formatting includes first <space> last; last, first; email; and last,first+<data field> (where datafield can include any standard demographic field including email, zipcode or  billaddress1).
