ISSUE: Bridge error notification regarding ordered product incorrect assignment (error text like: “Regarding orderId:XXXXXX, Nexternal product XXXX (SKU XXXXXXX) does not exist or does not have a correct assignment in AptBridge.”).


SOLUTION #1: resolution as follows: 1) correct the SKU identifier in Nexternal (the next time AptBridge automatically downloads your orders, the sales document will be created); 2) run WebConnector to download the associated sales document.


EXPLANATION: if AptBridge finds a mismatched SKU identifier, it does NOT create the associated order or sales document. Once the SKU is corrected in Nexternal (Nexternal SKU now matches a valid QuickBooks item name), re-downloading the order will allow order and sales document creation in AptBridge. Once the sales document is created, it is available for download via WebConnector.
